Q: Could you give us some information about Hengli Group?

Mr. Shen: Hengli Group headquarters is located in Changzhou, China, after more than 30 years of focus and innovation, from the manufacturing and sales of pneumatic products, has developed into a set of pneumatic components, hydraulic components, seals, guide screw, electric drive electronic control, precision castings, hydraulic systems and other industries in one of the large integrated enterprises.

In China, Germany, the United States, Japan, Mexico built 7 hydraulic research and development centers and 11 manufacturing bases. The technical level and production scale have been among the forefront of the world's hydraulic field, providing services for more than 2000 customers around the world, the main market covers more than 20 countries and regions, and the products cover many industries such as construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial engineering, ocean engineering, energy technology, tunnel engineering and so on.

Q: It is understood that Hengli Group was started by doing pneumatic, and later became a leading enterprise in the hydraulic field. Can you introduce the basic situation of Hengli Pneumatic at present?

Mr. Shen: Hengli Pneumatic factory was founded in 1990, in the field of pneumatic cultivation for more than 30 years, plant area of more than 50,000 square meters, nearly 400 employees, with a complete R & D verification system. College or above personnel account for 70%, and annual R&D investment exceeds 5%.

The company has two business divisions: General Products division with valve island as the core product service 3C, lithium photovoltaic, automation and other industries; Industry products division with rail transit, new energy and other industry products, domestic as the core, products are widely used in CRRC, FAW Jiefang, Cummins, Yuchai, three one Etz and other customers.

Q: What is the future development direction of Hengli Pneumatic? What are the plans in product and market planning?

Mr. Shen: With the continuous upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, the combination of electricity and gas will be more and more close, such products will be the future of the market, Hengli will also be the valve island as the core of the rich product chain, gradually introduced to the market more comprehensive, easier to operate, more durable, more cost-friendly valve island products, and Hengli will also control the pressure ratio. Flow proportional control products are introduced and used with valve islands.

Q: What was your overall impression of the PTC exhibition? What highlights of the exhibition attracted you?

Mr. Shen: Hengli and PTC have cooperated for many years. I have been in Hengli for 16 years, and I know that Hengli has been participating in PTC exhibitions for 16 years.
